Competition Booking

We have been offering on-line competition booking via the Howdidido website for a number of years now. This has worked well, but has been restricted by the fact that it is not a ‘real-time’ system

It has previously relied on separate sets of tee times for booking made at the club, from those offered on the howdidido website.

This has needed the club to periodically run a synchronisation function to ‘tie together’ the separate sets of tee times into a single start sheet.

As said, it has worked well, but does not fit in with the other new systems we are moving towards, namely the Speeditee Diary, and Speeditee.com which are both integrated real time systems that use data from both the PSI systems at the club, the member at home on howdidido, and the manager of the systems in the club office.

This move towards real-time booking systems will mean much more accurate information is available to everyone, all of the time.

It will allow a full integration with the Speeditee system.
