SpeediTee

SpeediTee is a website that will show all the published information for each participating club.

The idea is to provide a public portal that will bring together each club using the system.

The members of each club will be able to use the portal to check club diaries, and to check course availability. Any societies, or course ‘events’ such as , maintenance will be displayed. The Greenkeeper could update the system to indicate to the members when the greens were been hollow tined or other course maintenance for example. Speeditee.com could also be updated by the caterer, perhaps they could be used to show when the club was hosting functions, such as weddings and funerals. This information will be easily added to the system, and publicised on Speeditee.com

Whilst Speeditee.com will be a website in its own right, that your members will each be able to log into using their howdidido username and password, it will also have a quick-link on the right hand side of the clubs howdidido page. This means that your members will not have to log in separately from howdidido.

They could be using hdid for example checking their latest handicap or printing their handicap certificate, and then decide that they want to check course availablability for the following week. They would just have to click onto the quick-link to be transferred across.

If however they were not using howdido, perhaps on someone else’s computer, they could log in directly to Speeditee.com

So speeditee.com is a portal for clubs to publicise information from speeditee diary, it is easily accessible by members and non members alike.

Club 2000, and Speeditee Diary, in conjunction with speeditee.com will provide the club with an easy to use and flexible answer to many requirements.

What we have tried to achieve with these programs is an integrated solution to allow the club to use online booking for both members into competitions, and members casual golf if required, this will be fully integral with CLUB2000, in as much as any competitions specified for Forward Booking in the mens and ladies handicap systems, will be integrated with the times available on Speeditee Diary, and speeditee.com

SpeediTee is an easy system for club managers to record and publicise different events that are happening within the club, members will have an easy way to discover what is going on down at their golf club.

Clubs that wish to will be able to specify, price and sell specific tee times on Speeditee.com.

Maybe the best thing about the Speeditee products, is the way we intend to market them. All clubs who renew their software support contract for CLUB2000 for 2010 will receive the system free of charge, and free of support fees for 2010.

This is in recognition of the fact that Speeditee is still developing. It will never be a highly complex course reservation system with all the bells and whistles that go with them.

SpeediTee will be a simple course diary, with an internet portal, that will integrate with what you already have.

SpeediTee will give clubs a chance to find out if what they really want from a system, is available without having to spend many 1000’s of pounds to get it.
